It has a built-in super absorbent pad which holds approximately 500mls, and when a disposable is used in conjunction with the already built-in, this boosts it to approximately 750mls. It has a waterproof liner through the pant, helping keep the user dry and the bedding. Comes with 3 FREE disposable pads that you can additionally wear on top of the pant.
